"This magazine is a space where creatives are free to collaborate and experiment, then showcase the outcome. It's a medium for discussion, criticism, and exploring tastes unsettling to generic media. We hope that in reading or working with Unsettled, we inspire original thought and introduce perspectives previously unbeknownst to you."

"Unsettled 002 is a mini-release that maintains our overall vision of recognising young opinions as a force to be reckoned with. We delve into an almost revivalist concept, investigating a theme of contemporary youth culture taking influence from the 90s. This issue’s collaborators depict a certain essence of the decade that speaks to where our origins have and will lead us today. At the end of the day, that’s sort of what the lifeblood of this youth platform is all about."

As a first-year Journalism student at the London College of Communication, Victoria co-founded and served as editor-in-chief for Unsettled, an independent online magazine for young opinions and creative culture. After two issues and a plethora of online content, she handed it off to the student's union at UAL, where it is still active today—although it is now independent from the UAL student's union. You can check their work out at unsettledmagazine.com.
